"1) I love working under such a powerful, bad-a$$ boss b*tch! As a woman it just makes me feel so inspired and motivated to one day be in her position! Like there’s no really no feeling like it. I can see first-hand how a lot of the men really don’t like working for a woman and I feel like they would complain a whole hell of a lot less if it was a man barking orders at them. But because it’s a woman, all of a sudden it’s completely unreasonable and terrible. Please… give me a break. It’s the same sexist she we women have been putting up with forever. And I for one am glad to see them leave every time one of them realizes their fragile male egos just can’t take one more day of it. Bye!!!"
"They give their employees a lot of responsibility and opportunity, so it’s great for building your resume and gaining experience."
"I learned a lot working at Binatech. The team is full of incredibly talented, hard-working people and I see big things ahead for the company."
"Exceptional company culture. Everyone is respectful and kind. Team culture focused. Excellent training and resources available for new employees. Binatech has a "No Jerk" policy. They do not tolerate abusive behavior in the workplace. Developing and maintaining good relationships is central to the company vision."
"My team had incredible work-life balance, my manager worked with everyone to help them achieve their promotion goals (even if they weren’t able to be promoted this year). Compensation is very high."
"PLEASE READ BEFORE WORKING HERE!!! Please record all your interactions with Management. Binatech has a history with verbally HARASSING their employees. If you were to record their demeaning, assaulting, and condescending messages it will benefit your case Ontario Human Rights Commission – four, one, six-three, two, six-nine, five, one, one Let me start off saying that Binatech is a revolving door. I will never forget how I was treated here. I shudder and cringe whenever I hear the name Binatech gets mentioned. Every morning when I woke up, I hated getting ready, and driving to work. I feel I lost my hair working there. I recall when the manager would unnecessarily go out of her way to cause more stress and pressure PLEASE READ If you do decide to work at Binatech ask for compensation (not reimbursement) for parking. Make sure to check and review your mileage and reimbursements. Binatech weaseled their way in not paying my full reimbursements If you are assigned to do Field work, ask for the company credit card (Trust me they have it!). The reason I am mentioning this is because they made me use my credit card to purchase equipment when I was onsite, later I had to jump through hoops and fight for my reimbursement. Try to record conversations from Management, when they start harassing you"
"Please, please trust me when I say do not work here. I am a family member of someone who will never forget the terrible experience. Just look at the reviews. Same theme over and over. The only good ones are posted by the manager who is the wife of the owner. She is the one everyone is talking about. You will be sooo depressed if you work here. Trust me, I'm not a disgruntled employee... but if you work here, you will be. Gotta trust me on this. He ignored the review and was sorry."
