"My position as the bread territory distributor assistant manager, allows me to do the work with very minimum supervision, and only reports to the manager. I've learned how to run a business and what it takes. The plus is that you get to meet plenty of people and establish relationships. The cons are the working hours which start around 1am until finish and it's harder to balance work/lifestyle. Overall I learned a lot in the management spectrum."

However, there is definitely room for improvement especially with employee morale. Also, some processes seem a little antiquated and could be greatly improved upon."

I think the customers are the ones that are not being treated right here and it shows. Need more promotions and the right attitude by management, instead of put downs and innuendos. Don't work here. They don't know the meaning of bimbos and it shows. The company could be better if they just had the understanding of people and their needs for great service and respect of others. I agree with most of the reviews here, much better attitudes and respect needed here."
