"I've worked here for several years. The people here are very good and helpful in explaining the job. The overall company does a decent job. However, there is definitely room for improvement especially with employee morale. Also, some processes seem a little antiquated and could be greatly improved upon."

"Management is very rude at outlet store. Product old and outdated. Buyer beware. Company tends to demean people instead of helping with an overall goal. I think the customers are the ones that are not being treated right here and it shows. Need more promotions and the right attitude by management, instead of put downs and innuendos. Don't work here. They don't know the meaning of bimbos and it shows. The company could be better if they just had the understanding of people and their needs for great service and respect of others. I agree with most of the reviews here, much better attitudes and respect needed here."

"Too many chiefs and not enough indians. The needs were not always well defined."

"Reward the people that put in the extra work. A better defined system with objectives would be helpful to everyone."
