"My team and my boss made it easy to come into work. We all came together and focused to get the project out in time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The US studio wont exist soon. I'm not sure how the studio in Germany would be to work at every day."

What don't you like about working at Bigpoint?

"We never received the kind of support we should have from our parent company. Also communication was horrible from our top bosses."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better communication and also make more decisive decisions. Don't waver from the choices you make. Stick with it, if it fails, then move on quickly, but make a choice."
