"It was fast paced and challenging. As the recruiter I spoke on the phone with interesting truck drivers, learning about where they lived and the differences between people. These things are out of the ordinary and the work day special in their own way."

What don't you like about working at Big Trux Transport?

"Dealing with the contracted drivers about their log issues. This is an industry sore spot and must continually be addressed for safety issues and DOT regulatory inspections."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management was a husband and wife and they handled their company quite well. The only suggestion I would have would be more open communication with their employees."
