"I worked for Big Span's Manufacturing branch in México. The company had back then around 15-20 employees in Florida and around 40 employees in Mexico. While the wage was good for a Mexican PM position I had to be responsible for tensile structure projects in the United States and other countries and spent weeks at the time away from home working long hours nonstop. The company has really interesting projects and the owners / partners are always willing to help, teach and support you and your work under different circumstances. This allows them and everyone working there to manage great results with few specialized employees. However this also means more work than one can usually handle with quality and burning on both ends a lot of times. In general good bosses, good teammates and relatively good pay but a poor work / life balance."
