"Great product, fun company, but if you don't like the manager you work under during the interview don't accept the position."

What don't you like about working at Big Ass Fans?

"The management was always changing and not for the better. they asked for no feedback, and gave no goals. When I just started to do very well they fired me saying I had not done well enough even though I told them that in my particular territory it was not going to be productive until certain months. Just as those months started and things started doing well they fired me with absolutely no notice."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Set proper goals and communicate. Leaving people out on a limb and not telling them what you expect does not work. It only hurts your companies name."
