"The dishonesty in this company runs deep. Management is sending messages to employees and families begging them for positive reviews on google and indeed.com because the TRUTH is destroying their reputation. They ran this once thriving home for the elderly into the ground without one thought as to how it would affect the residents. ALL of the previous employees who had 2-10 year seniority ALL left within 45 days of each other. Bickford responded in a vindictive manner and even went as far as to ban previous employees from visiting the residents and removed the long standing pet dog from the community and “hiding” her. This place reeks with ethical and moral issues and has NO permanent employees in place. They are all randoms being shipped in from other communities. Whether you are looking for senior placement or a job....run. Fast."

What do you like about working at Bickford Senior Living?

"Nothing, they came in as a new management company and were extremely rude and did not seem to care about the senior residents who live in the community."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't bother, everyone is expendable. Make one mistake and you are done for."

What don't you like about working at Bickford Senior Living?

"They do not care about the seniors who live at the community. Senior management did not tell the truth about employees they fired. Family members, current staff, and residents at the community were told that people walked out when it was senior management that walked employees out. They are currently taking over management of 3 Georgia assisted living communities. My advise...family members get your loved ones out of there as fast as you can!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have taken the time to meet with all of the employees and residents to explain what the processes were going to be moving forward. I would have given direction and been compassionate with how everyone was feeling."
