"It was a very challenging environment and being an old plant had a large scope for improvement. I learned a lot from this experience and this included both technical knowledge as well as on a personal level about how to cope up with corporate life."

"Even though having an extremely competitive work environment, there was not much scope for career improvement, as promotions and responsibilities were given to employees not according to the capability and achievements, but on the number of years spent by the employee."

"My suggestion would be to ask the newly recruited employees, especially through university recruitment, to ask for their preferences of their work profile before their assignment. This would help the management to get the maximum out of them. Another suggestion would be to recognize talent in the workforce and reward it with promotions or awards."

"There is nothing specifically I don't like about it, but to specify one reason, ergonomics and some of the human relations are not good."
