What do you like about working at Beutler?

"I liked working on projects and learning how to create new materials and how they are put together. I liked getting some professional drafting experience and leaning a new program. I also met some really nice people that became good friends. I also liked the fact that they pay on a weekly basis rather than every two weeks like most places do."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"make sure you ask for adequate compensation for the job you are applying for. Make sure you know what you are getting into."

What don't you like about working at Beutler?

"I didn't like the way the management ran a lot of stuff. The company as a whole was not very smart with their money and business. I didn't think that some people were getting adequate compensation and recognition for the jobs that they did."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management needs to be restructured. They need to actually listen and take into consideration the suggestions that other employees have"
