"I've been with Betty blocks for a year and three months now, I've been in the Support Engineer role the whole time and have recently transitioned into a Developer Consultant role, where I worked closely with the US Airforce as a client, where we were successful in landing them as a customer. I long to utilize my development skills I learned at General Assembly and Betty Blocks unfortunately does not have that path for me here in the US (they are an international company based in the Netherlands). I have a good relationship with my co-workers however I am underpaid and feel like my skills are going stagnant."
