"The very poor management at Social Work Department. There was no trust from the socail work management to me. Even though I was doing a terrific job as per floor medical team including attending physician, nurses, physical therapists, patients and families, the social work department did wring to me again and agian by putting me through their so-called decilinary action to punish me for doing all the rihgt things for the hospital, for the patients as well as famiilies. It was not a good environment to work at all."
