"It was a small plant and all of the team member all worked together to insure only the best products we sold to our customers. It was a team effort in all phases of the manufacturing process."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to work on different equipment from day to day. I never had the some issues with equipment, it was always something different."
What don't you like about working at Berry Plastics?
"The maintenance pm program was out dated and made it hard to track. All though I did start a new CMMS program and this lowered our downtime on the production machines."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not really sure, but I would say they need to upgrade some of the equipment in the facility to increase the production output and decrease the hours the machines run."
"Great job, however company support and direction are waning tremendously with 470 employee layoff and down sizing recently."
