"Berg is a small company ranging from 30 to 50 employees there knowledge and skills on current standards and how to run a company effectively are very low the support from management or how to recognize resource needs is not addressed or totally ignored. Berg has a big challenge on finding good candidates for positions due to there high turn over rate their ability to work with others and motivate is poor. Bergs outlook on there quality system is bare minimum which stops them from improving."
