"Berenson has the potential to be a great company however, because of the unprofessional, toxic, micro-management by the company President, it will never be able to sustain a workforce that lasts. Most managers leave after 3 to 5 years because of the constant insulting behaviour that is perpetuated by the President. She will belittle people in front of their piers, treats employees as if they are just bodies that aren't worthy of her respect. If you catch her when she is acting human she has the capacity to be engaging, warm and even funny, but that is seldom seen."

"2 upper Management personnel micro manage everything here. Stifling work environment with little ability to work in conjunction across departments. Some good people just biding their time to move on."
