"Don't work in professional services. Maybe the software group is better."

"We're all left to fend for ourselves - nobody responds to messages, questions or concerns. I've given up trying. I'm not sure that I'd recognize the manager if I passed him on the street. The rest of the people in the group have barely even heard of my projects. I have no idea of what they're working on. It's everyone for themselves."

"I would pay some attention to my employees. We're all alone out here."

"management is completely aloof. They are unaware of my projects and give me zero feedback. They typically don't answer emails or return phone calls -you feel like a nobody."

"pay some minimum level of attention to employee's. I'm a technical person - I don't have the skills to run projects by myself."
