"Employed as a Customer Advocate. The job role was offered to me as a case management position. The positives were a casual dress code and friendly coworkers. The Negatives were an unprofessional environment, management lacked social skills, position was actually cold calling patients as a third-party UHC affiliate. In ten months I worked at benelynk we were only informed of two successful applications approved by the state. With it being in the early stages of a start up, much of the paperwork with patients important health and personal identification information was kept in a folder by a single paper clip. lead to a lot of confusion and pointing fingers."
