What don't you like about working at Bench Tree Group?

"If the manufacturing manager has it out for you, kiss having a job good bye. He is a small insecure little human being, that is jealous of anyone he perceives as having having better skills than his. He has no use for modern magnetic theory ( Maxwells equations are wrong according to him) and there is no such thing as callapsing magnetic fields, or there is no such thing as a diode having turn-on time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are being lead down the path, and they need to wise up, before it is to late."
