"Even though it's high stress, the people are mostly friendly and encouraging. I've made a lot of great friends."

"Hard work and creativity are rewarded and recognized. So if you're ambitious, people will take notice."
What don't you like about working at Belo?
"It's a disorganized environment which makes me feel a bit lost at times as to what to accomplish and what my priorities are. A lot of mistakes are made every day and are then repeated rather than corrected."

"I'd want to upgrade our system and make the very latest technology available, if possible."
