"Create a list of issues, and steps to follow to fix it. Also ask for more money when you live in Las Vegas. $20K is not enough."

What don't you like about working at BellSouth?

"Not really interested in making $20k a year to manage people. No benefits."

"Pay more and figure out some retirement plan."
