"As a contractor, did not have opening to getting outside training that was available to employees."

"They have to be aware that is a syndicated company, so keep that in mind."

"Layoffs. Usually they give a layoff every 4 to 6 years because of syndicates."

"Try to value more the hard workers instead of thinking always about the profits and money."

"BellSouth is no longer the utility. ATT is the company that I would enjoy and be proud to be a part of."

"The economy turned over the contract work flow and instability set to contractors with no new projects and opportunities for expansion within."

"None. They have successfully operated in the Southeast Florida/Georgia region with outstanding training and overall performance. Their employees proudly stand up to management and the corporate traditional incentive."
