"This has been the worst job I’ve ever worked in my entire life. I’ve never experienced what I’ve experienced at Belden. Given that INDIANA is EXTREMELY racist and known for it. But this place is awful if you’re an African American. Racist jokes, disrespectful co workers, the backstabbing is insane. Management is messy, it’s who you know not what you know. They talk down on you the passive aggressiveness never stops. The disrespect is insane I quit, it wasn’t what I was used to on a professional level. It’s like being in high school all over again. Management is awful that’s from the bottom up. They do not care about your concerns. I went to HR they never took my attacks seriously."

"I have worked for Belden Inc as a Research and Development Engineer during the summer and continued to work with them during the fall of 2019. My experience was kind of bittersweet. Happy that I got to meet such talented people to work with and get to know how it's like to work for the US companies but at the same time I felt I was missing out on so much due to the pandemic. Else my experience working with Belden would have been completely different. But I am thankful to my managers who were super helpful and accommodating at times considering the type of situation were in and guided me whenever I needed their help."
