What do you like about working at Belcorp International?

"Belcorp has a start-up kind of feeling to it when opening new countries, which I find exciting and challenging. However, it also has the total backing for corporate for funding and expertise when you need it. So at any one time you might be working with people of one or two different countries in order to get a project through. It also means, that if you are a good resource for a particular project you will most likely get to travel and experience other cultures and ways of doing things."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be aware that it is still a small company in the US. Because of this you need to be a jack of all trades, which may not be for everyone, but is something I thoroughly enjoy."

What don't you like about working at Belcorp International?

"Although a very large enterprise, it is still a family run business, with set ways of doing things. and sometimes it can be harder to get new ideas across. Still, I was able to present a totally new way of managing our business, and once top management saw that it worked, they decided to implement it in all of our US locations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Even though sometimes management needs to make hard decisions, the way in which these decisions are transferred to the workforce can make a huge difference in morale and ultimately company results."
