"Behrens Manufacturing is a great place to learn new things and prepare yourself for the next stage of your career. I've been with the company for just over a year and have a lot of great coworkers who are willing to assist me whenever I need help. Benefits are very good but unfortunately, the wages are not. Long hours and low wages contribute to relatively high turnover. Advancement opportunities are also limited since it's a small company. Overall it's a good place to work but not the best place to plan a career at."
