  • "I have worked for Waseca Public School District since 2017. It is an excellent rural Minnesota public school district that puts their students and their education first. The leadership group is excellent and does a good job of supporting their employees. The school district supports staff professional growth and development and allowing their staff to expand their career path within the district. The school district also does an excellent job of supporting students with special needs, both in physical and learning needs. The school district gives every student, regardless of ability, the opportunity to be successful both academically and athletically. I have been privileged to work with the organization and have become a better person and employee because of their personal and professional support. The city of Waseca, Minnesota has an excellent public school district where student of all races, ethnicity, and cultures, can have the equal opportunity to receive a positive public school education. To anyone looking to move into the Waseca, Minnesota area, I highly recommend this school district. Their employees are committed to learning and helping students achieve their goals."
