"Overall good place to work. Company is family owned and operated and debt free. The jobs on the hourly side do not pay as well as I think they should. The salary is comparable to other small businesses of this size but could be better as well. Like all companies in this country; the owners and working people get walked over, used and abused by the slackers that just want a paycheck"
