"My boss, the job, the nuances of the process, the time it takes to accomplish things, the lack of training offered."

"Communicate with your employees, support them, provide guidance, help develop them, mean what you say and practice what you preach. If it's a team and everyone's opinion matters, then follow through with others suggestions and don't shut them down."

"It was a job. There was very little to like from management executives. Most of the people were good to work with, but there was an atmosphere of depends on who you know."

"Avoid if possible, don't plan on long term as long as the current senior staff is there."

"It was way too political and the executives are out of touch with the employees."
