"My boss, the job, the nuances of the process, the time it takes to accomplish things, the lack of training offered."

"Communicate with your employees, support them, provide guidance, help develop them, mean what you say and practice what you preach. If it's a team and everyone's opinion matters, then follow through with others suggestions and don't shut them down."
