"Don't be afraid to have a design opinion so long as you respect others. Don't misrepresent yourself."

What don't you like about working at Beck Interactive?

"No 401k, and sometimes we were shorthanded."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would recommend that they spend more time evaluating where the company is going and seeking out jobs and less time engrossed in the here and now. I would also recommend they use their weekends as actual time off instead of devoting their whole lives to work."
