"The fact that you could get lots of over time if needed and getting paid holidays and also management gave holiday gifts packages."

"Be prepared for lots of stress!"
What don't you like about working at Beaulieu Group?
"If I needed time off to attend my son's school activities I usually did not get it, when I had to leave work due to illness I was written up and the Hispanic workers did not seem to have to go by the same rules as the rest of us! Also, changing the shifts to three eight hour shifts with no weekends instead of two 12 hour swing shifts would work better for single parent families!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the shifts to 3 and put up a smoking station outside."
