What don't you like about working at BearingPoint?
"In the 1980's the company had a problem with the turnover in the auditing department. Every six months we hired new accountants and usually within the first three months they were gone. It was a very competitive environment for those workers. I felt secure in my position as it was changing as computer systems changed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work on making teams feel like they are important to the entire company."
"Better if you've completed your degree, if not you're stuck."
