"As a contract attorney their is uncertainty on the hours that one will work because the work depends on the immediacy and length of the litigation or the project that is assigned to you."

"To allow attorneys that are willing to work more hours to have more work. The attorney is paid by the hour so the more hours the more she gets paid."
