"I'm 5 miles from home to office. I'm in an air-conditioned office.I'm in charge of the Calibration Laboratory. I answer directly to the President of Beamex."

"It's a great company with many perks and a great benefits package. Just wait until current management changes over prior to applying or accepting a position with them."

"Micro-management above my level is driving me nuts. I work directly for the President of Beamex."

"Learn about the departments your trying to micro-manage prior to managing them."
