"not a good place to work as it has limited tools and automation env and the management approvals are too difficult to get."
"I’ve worked for beacon health options. The company and pay are very good however they have merged into different owners a lot while leaving their employees unemployed. Management could also be a lot better."
"Great mission driven team that really cares about members. Dedicated, bright, collaborative colleagues. Oftentimes a bit of a disconnect from those in the field to the home office and corporate, but corporate is working on standardizing things so that should be an improvement."
"Good company Good people but I was stuck with a dictator of a supervisor (He never even called me after my position was eliminated!) but everyone else was good. Vasu M. IT Director, Field Service Operations was great ! He even told the entire IT group of some of my accomplishments during our 2 Factor Verification Phase when many people could not authenticate and I helped hundreds of people get to their work!"
"I've worked here for 5 years. The company has been through 2 mergers since. It is a decent company to work for overall. The constant change in direction in business can make technology support and making sure the company is keeping in line with procedures a bit challenging."
"Beacon Health Options was the last company I worked for for the previous five years. I enjoyed the opportunity, day-to-day work, projects, and trust received by the Senior Leadership. In my last job, I was a member of a Dev/Ops team, and we worked together on a variety of large-scale projects where each of us was responsible for one part of the project. We were so successful in the work and prioritization. I like the teamwork aspect of our department and collaboration. That was a harmony of action, respect, and cooperation. The teamwork aspect of that job and this job is something that much appeals to me because I typically end up learning a lot about what I’m capable of when I'm challenged and working in synch with others. Employees have no trouble staying busing and thriving in their work environments, and their workday goes by quickly. Often the nature of the business encouraged employees to take on different responsibilities outside their daily tasks. The company got acquired by another company sometimes in July, and over 200 people had to be laid off due to that reason. Thank you very much. Respectfully, Sanjin"
