"This was my first experience after moving from Florida. Started the job just about 2 weeks after moving. The position started out as temp then they hired me as the only Corporate Recruiter. A very exciting and challenging job. Loved the thrill of the job and interacting with candidates and department managers."
What don't you like about working at BDS MKTG?
"The line of business was based on retail. More seasonal positions in sales and marketing. So very often field positions would be needed to refill on a 3-month basis. Sometimes difficult in finding people for remote areas to work at throughtout the country."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The business I assume now is unstable due to the economy today. It has been a few year so I'm not so involved in their management structure today."
