What don't you like about working at BDO International?

"The fact that I have been told I will not be able to advance within the company, Tuition reimbursement is listed in the benefit package, however only a chosen few are allowed to utilize it.Then there is the issue of being threatened and harassed by another employee on more than a regular basis and nothing ever seems to be done about it."

What suggestions do you have for management?
