"I worked for BDO USA for about 8 years. I found that the company in general has good ethics and is a good place to work. I did find that the management in the IT department was lacking. While some departments were led well, others had weak leadership. There is a requirement to go over and above which ratchets up so that what was over and above is now the norm. There was also a lack of level consistency between departments."
