What don't you like about working at Building & Construction Trades Department?
"The work ethic is below poor. This place is highly unorganized and waaaay behind on technology. The employees there are mean, controlling, manipulative, unfair, sneaky, had a false sense of superiority, they were close minded, catty, could not be trusted whatsoever, and just plain unpleasant people to be around; what's worse, they got away with this behavior."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Would have hired a qualified office manager with strong work ethic, and successful experience managing employees, to manage the employees. Have had regular employee meetings to express any conserns. Would have upgraded/remodeled entire office, inside and out."
