"This company lacks the leadership to run a successful business. The owners lack the ability to run the business. They micro manage every single move that is made and will not empower anyone to make any decisions. This company works on reacting to issues instead of planning for success. The owners are all friends and have tried for years to run this business but have failed year after year managing to stay afloat for 15+ years. They try to motivate by screaming and yelling at their employees and feel that it is an effective way. Many have left. Many good employees."
