"This is a quasI government institution and despite the best efforts of senior management some strategic decisions are rammed down the throats of the leadership by the politians without consideration of the long term goal of the business."

"Try to articulate the long term business goal of the company without giving in to political control easily. Please continue the transformative direction began two years but one would appreciate if this was done much more rapidly but professionally to avoid unnecessaruy angst in the Company."
