"Great atmosphere. Very positive co-workers and excellent task structure. Freedom to create your own code and to bring new ideas to the table with an open door policy."

"This is a great company to work for. I have no complaints about the job itself. However, I would consider twice before committing simply because lately the company has been unstable for employment."

What don't you like about working at BB&T?

"Very small team leaves small room for advancement. No warning to downsizing."

"Feel they should allow their employees the knowledge of potential downsizing and/or troubles."
