"I have been working for BB&T since 2018. At first, the training was excellent and the people I worked with treated me as if I had been there for years. My manager, however, was not as proactive as he should have been. I felt as if each month my team progressed but the leadership did not. Eventually, it caught up to us during times when we were backed up with loans and or customer requests. The benefits at BB&T were fantastic. Id suggests for anyone to try and get a job there depending on the department."
