What do you like about working at BB&T?

"The unit I worked in was approx. 95% paperless. We would scan and bookmark everything so it was so easy to answer each client or underwriter's requests. I enjoyed working with my co-workers and the underwriters."

What don't you like about working at BB&T?

"The numerous change in ownership. Uncertainty of job security. When I first started working there they had monthly meetings to go over changes in the insurance industry and to have open discussions. When UnionBanc acquired them they no longer had meetings."
