"Could be a great company but CEO and "branding executive" flunky as 2nd in command rule with an iron fist and if you don't drink the Kool-aid and publicly tell them how great they are, you are publicly criticized. Most the employees assume they are having an affair. Just attend this year's "retreat" and it's a total joke, where they tell how big your ego is and how much you suck. They are hopeless because they can't see their own flaws and everyone is too scared to tell them the truth."
