"I'm a firm believer that if you take care of your people,treat them w/respect,they will do almost anything you ask them to,I know I did."

What don't you like about working at BBC Express?

"I would say that at some locations,ideas that corp.wanted to implement were not followed very well,and it sorta put me in a bad position,byt,hey,they were signing the paychecks so.."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There was a line drawn between the front and back of house,w/little to no interaction between G.M & K.M."
