Dispute Resolution Department specifically work with more than 100s of companies that is located in New York State and 1000s of customers that are from all over the world to create trust in between business and customers. "The salary is very low and the CEO is very brash and difficult to work for. My annual income was actually $20,000 to do all the marketing. That number was too low to be in the drop down menu."

"It's just the CEO that has issues, there is no chain of command. Just CEO and then employees. It makes it very difficult."

"That at times it can be sheer tough work because business executives are busy people with a lot on their minds and grabbing them and getting their focus to discuss a problem he has and my solution to his problem, requires solid understanding and technique."

"Linda, the Phone Supervisor and some within same and different Departments were very dedicated and hard working and most Co-workers were pleasant. Public Service was appealing and suited my Love to serve needs and Love of People."

"Starting wage/$8000. was below because of short budget. Co-workers received ongoing raises. I was granted change from Dispute Resolution after my Instruction of Arbitration Procedures and Conference Phone feature time was not recognized. Representative Position wage increased to $4000 less than starting wage before we had separation of employment. Retirement package mis-represented with no request to forgive or future intent to recoup promises. (In-news littigation followed same Company.)"
