"Bazaarian is a start-up with an inexperienced CEO at the helm. He doesn't have a business or product development experience, which hindered us as a hardware start-up. In addition to this, the management style of the CEO was authoritarian when rubber hit the road, although he came off as collaborative during times off low stress. The CEO came to work every day with a positive, can-do attitude and has a good product concept with the potential to go far. There's pros and cons to working with a start-up, as always, and the company will rapidly change in terms of culture and management style as it matures (assuming it survives the valley of death)."
