"I worked for Aramark Baylor for eight years. The leadership style is mostly punitive. Most in the top positions have no connection or understanding of the actual work since they gain their position with a bachelors degree that has nothing to do with maintenance. They bully, lie and take measures to make life with dignity impossible. I’ve worked in the trades for over 45 years and I’ve never been with a more incompetent, unethical bunch of people in my life. Baylor University should run off the whole bunch. Aramark has a bad reputation nationwide, so it’s no wonder."
