"I've worked for Baylor University for two years and it has been one of the best experiences ever! There is plenty of opportunities, room for growth, great benefits, and a company that values family lifestyles."
"I worked for Aramark Baylor for eight years. The leadership style is mostly punitive. Most in the top positions have no connection or understanding of the actual work since they gain their position with a bachelors degree that has nothing to do with maintenance. They bully, lie and take measures to make life with dignity impossible. I’ve worked in the trades for over 45 years and I’ve never been with a more incompetent, unethical bunch of people in my life. Baylor University should run off the whole bunch. Aramark has a bad reputation nationwide, so it’s no wonder."
"I worked for the outdoor adventure program at Baylor University for 3 years. In those years, I earned five different promotions and learned many skills that apply to outdoor recreation and general group management. It was a wonderful experience."

"I worked for the Baylor Vision team for over half a year and my only regret was not having had the ability to work there more, the team was very easy to get along with and I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to graduate University and leave the city."

"Great experience working there as power electronics engineer."
"I've worked for the university for 3 years now and it has been the best experience of my career. It is a workplace filled with integrity and Christian values. They truly care for their employees and have worked hard to create an optimal working environment. I would highly recommend employment at the university to everyone that I know."
"Good company to work for. They just don't offer enough compensation for the job you are doing and they don't offer opportunity for career growth."
"I had freelanced for two years with an non-profit organization called Burn Ministries and am currently working with three clients a day while I am at school at Baylor University which is one of the biggest college University in Texas."
"Worked in research in engineering / computer science. Great program, reasonable research areas."
"Working for Baylor has been a wonderful experience. Everyone in the economics department is a pleasure to work with. Sometimes information can fall through the cracks and it is upon the student to make sure they are on top of the objectives they know about and the ones they should know about."
