"Nothing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When they laid off all the people they got rid of a lot of excellent supervisors and people that really cared about thier jobs. The layoff wasn't based on work because my team member and I did double the work with half our team gone in six months. Management at BRI also had no say in the layoff even though they were our client. Decisions were made at top level without actually get customer feedback or looking at productivity."
