"After several bad people in leadership positions(but still on the board), the company was finally able to pay off some technical debt and polish their products for basic scaling. This still small startup company has been through several rounds of investment funding over (nearing ten?) years it been around. This investment funding also means that this software company seems far more concerned about their salespeople landing big contracts than the performance of the product or underlying technical problems of the systems architecture."
