Bayberry Employee

"Very poorly managed company. They are not organized. If you want a job that barely oversees what you are doing this is a good bid. They chip off the personal assistants so the hierarchy can increase their salaries. They have had multiple lawsuits by their employees and more in progress. They are more of a scam agency for funding from what I have perceived and don't care much about the clients. Many of the staff get high in their cars while at work, and the organization tries to make staff take advantage of IHSS so that they can store up more funding as they underpay the staff. They also make the staff sign over their IHSS checks to them when you receive your backpay. Beware of this agency. I did like that my coordinator and field assistant barely came around."
